Copyright Policy
1. We respect copyright
This service is a technical tool for saving content that users are entitled to save. We do not host a library of media, we do not index or recommend content, and we do not encourage infringement. Downloaded files are temporary and are deleted automatically.
2. What this service does not do
- It does not store or distribute a catalogue of third-party media.
- It does not remove or alter rights-management information, watermarks, or attribution.
- It does not bypass DRM, paywalls, private-account restrictions, or other access controls.
- It does not claim any affiliation with the platforms it can read from.
3. Reporting alleged infringement
If you believe content accessible through this service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to
copyright@www.vgrab.cc with the subject line Copyright notice. A complete notice must
include all of the following:
- Identification of the work you say is infringed — title, creator or owner, and where the original is published.
- Identification of the material you say is infringing, including the exact URL(s) that a user would submit to this service, and any detail that helps us locate the relevant processing path.
- Your contact details — full name, organisation (if any), postal address, and email.
- A statement of good faith that you believe the use complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement of accuracy and authority, under penalty of perjury or equivalent, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notices may be returned for completion. Knowingly submitting a materially false notice can expose you to liability for damages, including costs and legal fees, in many jurisdictions.
4. What happens after a valid notice
Where a notice is complete and appears valid, we may take one or more of the following steps:
- block the specific URL or domain from being processed through this service;
- add the source to a deny list applied before any extraction begins;
- delete any temporary file still present on the server;
- restrict access from the reporting party's network where abuse is involved;
- keep a record of the notice and the action taken, as required by applicable law.
We aim to acknowledge complete notices within [e.g. 5 business days].
5. Counter-notice
No counter-notice process is offered by default. Because this service keeps no persistent copies of third-party media, a blocking decision usually affects only future requests and there is often nothing to restore. Operators who wish to offer a counter-notice procedure must add it only after legal review in their jurisdiction, including the required statements, timeframes, and consequences of consenting to jurisdiction.
6. Repeat infringement
We may block networks or clients that repeatedly submit URLs identified in valid infringement notices, in addition to the rate limits that apply to all users.
7. Misuse of this process
Do not use this process to remove content you simply dislike, to harass someone, or to make claims you cannot support. Notices that appear abusive may be refused, and repeated abusive notices may be reported.
8. Contact
Copyright agent for this service: copyright@www.vgrab.cc. This is the only channel that reaches the person able to act on a notice. Write in English or Persian and include a link to the material you are reporting.
